Tinutulungan ng Lungsod Quezon ang mga QCitizen na may maliliit na negosyo, sa pamamagitan ng patuloy na pagbibigay ng P5,000 na capital mula sa programang Small Income Generating Assistance (SIGA) ng Social Services Development Department.

Nasa 800 na mga benepisyaryo ng lungsod ang nabigyan ng pangpuhunan na pinangunahan ni Vice Mayor Gian Sotto sa Quezon Memorial Circle Covered Court.
