Patuloy ang pamamahagi ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), katuwang ang QC Social Services Development Department at Office for the Senior Citizens Affairs, ng social pension sa mga indigent na senior citizen sa District 4.

Nauna nang makatanggap ng social pension ang mga senior citizen mula Districts 1, 2, at 3. Sa Quezon City, aabot sa 27,856 ang mga benepisyaryo ng programa na tinukoy ng DSWD.
