Para matiyak na walang pagtaas presyo sa mga bilihin sa Quezon City, nagsagawa ng Special Price and Supply Monitoring sa basic at prime commodities ang Department of Trade and Indutry (DTI) katuwang ang lokal na pamahalaan.

Kabilang na sa operasyon ang monitoring and enforcement of technical regulated products na isinagawa sa Landers Superstore sa UP Town. Sinipat din nila ang mga produkto sa Savemore Market Berkeley, The Marketplace Katipunan, True Value, at Merkado Supermarket.

Pinangunahan ito nina DTI Undersecretary Atty. Ruth B. Castelo, DTI-Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau Director Fhilip Sawali kasama sina Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, Councilor Banjo Pilar, QC Business Permits and Licensing Department Head Margarita Santos at Market Development and Administration Department Action Officer Pierangelo Dominguez.
