Itinanghal bilang grand winner ng Startup QC Student Competition Squad 2 ang mga mag-aaral mula sa Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) na bumuo ng Plastipave, isang innovation na tumutugon sa plastic waste at urban flooding problem ng komunidad.
Iginawad nina Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, Councilor Wency Lagumbay at Councilor Irene Belmonte, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ICT Industry Development Bureau Director Emmy Lou Delfin, City Administrator Michael Alimurung, at Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) Head Jay Gatmaitan ang parangal sa mga nanalong grupo.
1st Runner-up naman ang Banakeeps Innovator ng STI College- Novaliches, at 2nd Runner-up ang Swine Scan ng Far Eastern University (FEU) Institute of Technology.
