Pinakinggan ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang mga hinaing at kahilingan ng homeowners association representatives mula sa Districts 5 at 6 sa idinaos na Quezon City Subdivision Homeowner’s Forum na pinangasiwaan ng City Planning & Development Department (CPDD).

Nasa 179 Subdivision HOAs ang dumalo sa fora kung saan tinalakay ang mga sitwasyon na kinakaharap ng mga HOA.

Kabilang na rito ang ilulunsad na Community Based Monitoring System at ang iniulat ng City Veterinary Department (QCVD) patungkol sa Stray Dogs and City Pound at Animal Care & Disease Control. Tinalakay din ang pagsasaayos ng mga park at playground, pag-develop ng open spaces, at Greening Services na ibinahagi naman ng Parks Development and Administration Department (PDAD).

Iniulat din nina D5 Action Officer William Bawag at D6 Action Officer Atty. Mark Aldave ang operational services at offices ng kani-kanilang District Action Offices.
