Bilang suporta sa pagsugpo at maiwasan ang sakit na human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) at acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), nakiisa ang pamahalaang lungsod sa ginanap na Terms of Empowerment: The 2023 National Partners Forum ngayong araw.

Kasama sa mga tagapagsalita sina USec. Maria Francia Miciano-Laxamana ng Department of Health, Dr. Rolly Cruz ng City Health Department, at Mr. Anastacio Marasigan, Jr. ng TLF Share Collective, Inc. Sumali rin ang iba-ibang grupo na sumusuporta sa mga people living with HIV.

Layon ng forum na ilahad ang mga programa at serbisyo upang pangalagaan ang mga PLHIV at maiwasan ang diskriminasyon sa kanila.
