Malaking karangalan para sa Quezon City na mapili ng British Embassy ang Liwasang Aurora sa Quezon Memorial Circle para pagdausan ng “The Coronation Picnic.”

Bukod sa live screening ng koronasyon ni King Charles III at Queen Consort Camilla, sari-saring atraksyon ang inihanda ng embahada para sa daan-daang QCitizens.

Nag-enjoy ang mga dumalo sa iba-ibang booths ng embahada, tulad ng mga pagkain, sports at sasakyan na nagmula sa UK, at maging ang King Charles III Exhibit.

Nagtanghal sa coronation party ang mga Filipino band tulad ng Sandwich, Pinkmen at String Fusion na tumugtog ng sikat na British pop songs.

Nakiisa sa selebrasyon sina Mayor Joy Belmonte at British Ambassador to the Philippines Laure Beaufils.
