Asahan ang pagbagal ng daloy ng trapiko sa paligid ng Quezon Memorial Circle sa Biyernes, April 28, 2023 mula 4:30AM hanggang 7:00AM dahil sa isasagawang World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2023 Fun Run.

Pinapayuhan ang mga motorista na dumaan sa mga alternatibong ruta.
