QC Cares for Elders! 

Sa Quezon City, tinitiyak ng lokal na pamahalaan na ang mga senior citizens ay mayroong sapat na suporta at serbisyo para sa kanilang pangangailangan.

Mahigit 350,943 senior citizens na ang nakarehistro at may QCID, at patuloy ang mga programang nagbibigay ng tulong at benepisyo para sa kanilang kalusugan at pang-araw-araw na buhay.

Simula Oktubre 2024, higit 38,000 Lolo at Lola ang nakatanggap ng Birthday packages bilang pagpapahalaga sa kanilang serbisyo at kontribusyon sa komunidad.

Mula 2023, 11,813 senior citizens na ang nabigyan ng Social Welfare Assistance upang makatulong sa kanilang gastusin.

Bukod dito, mayroong libreng maintenance medicines na maaaring kunin sa health centers, pati na rin ang pneumococcal at flu vaccines bilang proteksyon laban sa nakahahawang sakit.

Ang mga hakbang na ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na commitment ng Quezon City Government upang pangalagaan at kilalanin ang mahalagang papel ng sektor ng mga nakatatanda sa lipunan.
