Ibinahagi ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang iba-ibang programa ng lokal na pamahalaan sa pagsusulong at pangangalaga sa mental health ng mga QCitizen, sa isinagawang Diplomatic Briefing on Mental Health na inorganisa ng Embassy of Ireland and Mind You.

Mainit na tinanggap ni Irish Ambassador to the Philippines HE William Carlos sina Mayor Joy, kasama ang iba pang diplomat, personalidad, at organisasyon na nagsusulong ng kahalagahan ng pangangalaga sa Mental Health at tuluyan nang matuldukan ang stigma na umiikot dito.

Sa kanyang talumpati, binanggit ni Mayor Joy ang mga inisyatibo ng lungsod tulad ng pagsasabatas ng QC Mental Health Ordinance, pagkakaroon ng Mental Wellness Access Hub, pagbubuo ng 24/7 Mental Health Hotline, pagtatayo ng Mental Health Halfway Home, at ang pagbubuo ng integrated mental health service delivery network.

Kasama naman ni Mayor Joy sa panel discussion sina Department of Health Asec. Beverly Ho, Businesswoman and Philanthropist Rocio Olbes, at Mind You President and CEO Yuri Marshall.
