Naging maayos ang isinagawang Oplan Pag-Abot ng Lokal na Pamahalaan at ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na naglalayong tulungan ang mga Families and Individuals in Street Situation (FISS) sa QC kagabi, Setyembre 18.
Bawat benepisyaryo ay dumaan sa medical assessment at antigen testing, nabigyan ng makakain, nilaanan ng temporary shelter para makapagpahinga, cash aid mula sa DSWD, at ang ilan ay nairehistro sa Philippine Statistics Authority.
Ilan sa mga na rescue ay inihatid na sa Bahay Silungan, Nayon ng Kabataan, Golden Reception and Action Center for the Elderly and Other Special Cases (GRACES), at Jose Fabella Center. Ang iba ay inihatid na rin sa Caloocan Local Government, at sa mga barangay ng Lungsod Quezon.
Tulong-tulong din sa isinagawang operasyon ang Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Commission on Human Rights, at mga departamento kabilang ang Task Force Sampaguita, QC Police District, City Health Department, QC Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, City Legal, Traffic and Transport Management Department, Public Employment Service Office, Department of Public Order and Safety, Social Services Development Department, Barangay and Community Relations Department, QC Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council, Quezon Memorial Circle, General Services Department, at Task Force Disiplina.
