Name of Library: Quezon City Public Library – Balingasa Branch (District I)
Balingasa Branch Library located at the 1st District of Quezon City was inaugurated on December 5, 2003, made possible through a partnership between the Quezon City Local Government, Quezon City Public Library, and Barangay Balingasa.

Need to Know: Balingasa Branch Library recently conducted a reading remediation program for Grade 7 students of the Balingasa High School, under the WECARE program to address the students’ current reading challenges. This was a pilot tutorial project in partnership with the Education Affairs Unit (AEU) specifically for the Grade 7 students in Balingasa High School who have difficulty in reading and comprehension.
Balingasa Branch Library located at the 1st District of Quezon City was inaugurated on December 5, 2003, made possible through a partnership between the Quezon City Local Government, Quezon City Public Library, and Barangay Balingasa. The Quezon City Public Library received a room on the second floor of Barangay Hall that was no longer in use. The library facility was further improved last February 17, 2020.
