The Quezon City Government, through the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), provides health coverage to its plantilla employees, which aims to alleviate the burden of healthcare costs.
As part of the program, the city government has enrolled the plantilla employees under healthcare and insurance plans, where they are eligible for a certain benefit limit in a year.
As of December 2025, the QC local government has 7,528 plantilla employees.
