The Kabataan QC Volunteer program aims to educate, empower, and foster a culture of volunteerism among Quezon City scholars. This initiative seeks to foster active youth mobilization and involvement in local and national youth-driven community programs.

• Initiation of Volunteer Engagement: Commence volunteers and promote volunteerism among the youth in Quezon City
• Skill Empowerment: Equip volunteers with skills and knowledge through activities and development programs
• Youth Civic Engagement: Foster youth volunteerism in socio-civic activities and programs, allowing them to contribute and enhance their skills;
• Government Collaboration: Connect and deploy the volunteers to various programs and activities organized by the City Government, providing them with opportunities to  champion their advocacies from the 10 centers of participation.

As of 2023, The Kabataan QC Volunteer Program Summit brought together and onboarded 1,300 participants. The summit comprised four key activities: an Inspirational Message, a Panel Discussion, a Workshop, and Volunteer Onboarding.
