The Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) launched the Biz Easy Online Unified Business Permit Application System (OUBPAS), an online processing system of business permits applications, which was ordered for the creation of Task Force for Ease of Doing Business and Automation in the city.

As part of the city’s 14-point agenda, this will ensure to make Quezon City the preferred destination for businesses, and through this process, clients may pay at the various business centers all over Quezon City. Clients may also choose to have permits delivered personally via courier.
