The Quezon City Government has launched the QC e-Services online platform, a one-stop-shop portal on the city’s services and transactions, which aims to organize and streamline government processes, making them faster, convenient and more efficient for every QCitizen.
Offering 241 online services across 34 categories, the QC e-Services platform is one of the most comprehensive local government digital platforms in the country.
It covers online programs and services such as:
- Building Permit/s Transactions and Payments
- Business Permit/s Transactions and Payments
- Civil Registry Online Services
- Health Certificate Application & Sanitary Permit Application
- Medical Assistance Program
- Occupational Work Permit Transactions
- Pangkabuhayang QC
- QC CSO Civil Society Organization
- QC Housing
- QC Pet Registration and Online Appointment
- QC Scholarship Application and Renewal
- QCitizen ID Application
- Real Property Tax Payments
- Social Welfare Assistance Application
- Startup QC Program
Apart from expanding QCitizens’ digital access to public services, this initiative is part of the city’s efforts to reduce red tape in dealing with the local government and maintain good governance, following its zero-corruption policies.
As of March 2026, a total of 3,569,276 users have utilized the platform.
