The Scholars’ Leaders Circle (SLC) aims to cultivate the scholars’ leadership skills and increase their level of engagement in the city’s scholarship program.

The program selects a group of exemplary scholar-leaders and increase their level of engagement in the Quezon City Scholarship Program.

The program provides capacity-building intervention to scholar leaders by enhancing their capacity to identify the pertinent problems of their community and formulate solutions to these concerns.

For the year 2023, seventeen students were selected – out of sixty-two (62) aspiring applicants – for the Scholars’ Leaders Circle. were selected to represent their fellow scholars. The members actively participated in the leadership training conducted last October 14-15, 2023 where they developed the QC SLC Agenda for 2023-2024 focusing on organizational management, scholar welfare, and community development.
