Upang isulong ang partnership ng pampubliko at pribadong sektor para tugunan ang iba-ibang isyu sa sektor ng transportasyon, nakiisa ang Pamahalaang Lungsod Quezon sa ginanap na Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines Convergence Series Forum: Empowering LGUs for Improved Local Public Transportation.

Kasama rin sa forum ang iba pang lokal na pamahalaan sa bansa.

Tinalakay ni City Administrator Michael Alimurung ang mga napagtagumpayan ng Q City Bus Augmentation Program at kung paano nakatutulong ang libreng sakay ng pamahalaang lungsod sa mga QCitizens.
