CITY VETERINARY DEPARTMENT

BEFORE TAKING PETS FOR SPAY AND NEUTER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male dog and male & female cat must be healthy and at least 6 months old
• Pet is healthy, free from any existing disease and not taking any medication
• Not lactating
• No food and water intake for 10-12 hours before the Spay and Neuter.

PROCESS OF AVAILING SPAY AND NEUTER SERVICE

IN ANIMAL CARE AND ADOPTION CENTER:

1. Scan the QR code or download and fill out the downloadable registration form posted in the Official Facebook page of the Animal Care and Adoption Center.
2. If you have successfully registered, send a screenshot of the confirmation message and the full name used for the online registration.
3. Wait for the confirmation of the date, day, and time.
4. Bring your pets to the Animal Care and Adoption Center (GK Village Clemente St. Lupang Pangako, Barangay Payatas) in time for the given schedule. 
5. Wait until the spay and neuter of your pet is finished.

IN BARANGAY:

1. Check the Facebook Page of Quezon City Veterinary Department for the spay and neuter schedule. Download and fill out the downloadable registration form in the Official Facebook Page of Quezon City Veterinary Department.
2. Wait for the confirmation of the date, day, and time for you to go to the Barangay
3. Bring your pets at the given time of Spay and Neuter. 
4. Wait until the spay and neuter of your pet is finished.
