The No Contact Traffic Apprehension Policy (NCAP) uses CCTV, digital cameras, and other technologies to capture images and videos of vehicles violating traffic laws.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTESTING NCAP VIOLATION OF SOLD VEHICLE:
- Bring the vehicle’s Deed of Sale
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTESTING NCAP VIOLATION OF SOLD VEHICLE:
- Bring the Philippine National Police (PNP) or the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Report
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTESTING NCAP VIOLATION DUE TO EMERGENCY REASONS:
- Proof of emergency during cited violation
STEPS:
- Proceed to the Traffic Adjudication Board located at the 2nd floor, DPOS Building, Quezon City Hall Compound, Kalayaan Avenue.
- Filing of protests must be done five (5) days from the receipt of the Notice of Violation (NOV).
