This guide is applicable to those apprehended by deputized traffic enforcers in Quezon City.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Original Ordinance Violation Receipt (OVR) Tickets

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

If Representative

• Photocopy of your valid ID
• Signed Authorization Letter and valid ID of the owner

If Original OVR Ticket Was Lost

• Affidavit of Loss
• Photocopy of valid ID
• Police Blotter
• MMDA Clearance for Public Utility Vehicles (PUV) driver

For Confiscated Vehicle Plate Number and or Impounded Vehicle

• Present LTO Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt (OR/CR)
• Deed of Sale if not 1st owner of the motor vehicle

If involved in Road Crash Incident

• Present Traffic Clearance issued by the traffic sector investigator 

PROCESS:

1. Present the requirements to TTMD personnel located at the DPOS Building entrance and proceed to the “Waiting Area” located at the back of DPOS Bldg.
2. Wait for the release of the Order of Payment or Assessment at the waiting area.
3. Pay your Order of Payment or Assessment to the cashier in Windows 8, 9, 10, or 11.
4. Wait for the release of the confiscated item at windows 3, 4, 5, or 6 to present your Official Receipt (OR) and Check your confiscated item or document before leaving the counter.
