Para mabigyan ng maayos na pasilidad ang mga breastfeeding mothers na Persons Deprived of Liberty, binuksan ng pamunuan ng QC Jail Female Dorm ang Mother-Child Friendly at Child-Friendly facility sa loob mismo ng QCFD. Mayroon ding child-friendly facility para sa mga anak o batang kamag-anak na bibisita sa mga PDLs.
