Nakiisa ang pamahalaang lungsod sa ginanap na USAID Opportunity 2.0 Program Higher Education Learning Summit sa pangunguna ng USAID Education Development Center.

Nagbigay ng mensahe si Vice Mayor Gian Sotto sa mga participants at binigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng tertiary education at pakikiisa ng higher education institutions sa pagbibigay solusyon sa mga problemang kinakaharap ng Out-of-School Youth sa bansa.

Kasama rin sa summit sina Chairperson Popoy De Vera III ng Commission on Higher Education, Dr. Maria Theresa Mokamad ng USAID Opportunity 2.0, Mission Dir. Ryan Washburn ng USAID Philippines, Pacific Islands and Mongolia, Dir. Lyn Padillo ng Department of Education, at Dir. Maria Roque ng TESDA.
