QUALIFICATIONS:

• Resident of Quezon City
• Business owner with locally handcrafted and manufactured products
• Has a contribution to the community, including providing livelihood opportunities for various sectors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mayor’s or City Permit
• Barangay Business Permit
• Quezon City ID
• Endorsement from national agencies, QC LGU departments, or partner organizations 
• Valid health certificate issued by the Quezon City Health Department (QCHD) (for food merchants only)

PROCESS:

1. Fill out the pre-registration form and upload the required documents. 

2. If selected, you will receive an email invitation to join a POP QC event or other activities with selling activities. 

NOTE:
Due to limited venue capacity, businesses will be selected based on type and quality of product, submitted photos, and existing business permit registration.
