How to Get a Certificate of Indigency

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Request letter from concerned agency
  • 1 Original Barangay Certificate of Indigency
  • Personal letter stating reason for availing COI Certificate of No Property (1 original) 
  • Original Certificate of None Existing Business

STEPS:

  1. Submit the requirements at the office of the Social Services Development Department located at Civic Center E, Mayaman Street, Barangay Central, Quezon City Hall Compound.
  2.  Undergo an interview with a social worker within 7 working days following the date of submission.
  3.  Receive the certificate of indigency after another 7 working days.
