Barangay West Triangle was created pursuant to PD 557 dated September 21, 1974 and Executive Order No. 21 dated June 6, 1975 integrating the land titles of the Philippine Housing and Homesite Commission, Development Bank of the Philippines, Morelos Compound, and Embassy Gardenhomes into one.
