The Quezon City Government has established multiple facilities, including a center, a shelter, and a clinic that cater to the needs of the city’s LGBTQIA+ members.

The Quezon City Protection Center is a one-stop shop crisis center that provides medical, psychological, police, and legal assistance to victims of gender-based violence and abuse to all women, children, and LGBTQ members of the city. It acts upon case management more effectively and holistically.

Under the QCPC is the construction of Bahay Kanlungan– a safe refuge that gives a temporary shelter for victim-survivors of gender-based violence and abuse.

For health care, the local government, through the Quezon City Health Department (QCHD), has opened Klinika Eastwood, which provides comprehensive HIV and STI testing, counseling, and treatment services, among others. This initiative was made possible through the partnership with Megaworld Management, the Philippine National Aids Council, and the Department of Health (DOH).
The facilities aim to give shelter and protection as well as to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the QCitizens.
