SPARK! Philippines in partnership with local government of Quezon City has launched its Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE). The program will provide support to Women in Especially Difficult Situations (WEDS) which include victims and survivors of sexual and physical violence, illegal recruitment, sexual exploitation and trafficking, armed conflict, former and current women in detention among others.
