The Quezon City Government and Overseas Workers and Welfare Administration have launched the the Balik Pinas, Balik Hanapbuhay Program.

Under this program, returning OFWs who are residents of the city will be given financial assistance to help start their own business.

Meanwhile Licensed Exam for Teachers (LET) passers who have become OFWs can join Sa Pinas Ikaw ang Ma’am/Sir’ program so they can return to teaching.  They will undergo training and refresher course so they can apply for city-run teaching positions. The city government has led the repatriation and bring them back to their residences.
