The PANGKABUHAYANG QC is a livelihood and financial assistance program set-up by the Quezon City Government through its Small Business and Cooperative Development and Promotions Office aimed at helping QCitizens severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program will assist the following:
- displaced/resigned employees
- micro-entrepreneurs & vendors (below P250,000 capitalization)
- PWD
- Laid-off OFW
- Unemployed Solo Parent
