The Department of the Building Official Helpdesk provides assistance on how to apply for a Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, and Ancillary Permits to the transacting public through the QC e-Services website.
It also aims to answer queries regarding the Building Permit One Stop Shop and provide accurate assistance on how to use and navigate the online Building Permit One Stop Shop.
