DEPARTMENT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL

STEPS:

  1. Log in to QC E-Services to generate the following:
  • Building Permit Application forms
  • Checklist of Requirements

2. Click on ‘Building Permit One-Stop Shop’.

3. Click the ‘Building Permit Application’ icon.

4. Fill out basic project information.

5. Generate the checklist of requirements.

6. Add or select building professionals.

7. Print the checklist and application forms.

8. Electronically submit the documents for pre-evaluation.

9. Schedule an appointment to physically submit the documentary requirements based on the checklist.

10. Print the appointment slip.

3. Physically submit or drop-off the documentary requirements on the date of your appointment via the kiosk machine located at the Ground Floor of the Department of the Building Official, Civic Center D, Quezon City Hall Compound.

4. Present a valid ID to claim the official assessment and fees or the ‘Order of Payment’. Authorized representatives must present and submit a signed Authorization Letter.

5. Pay the required fee at the Counter 12 of the City Treasurer’s Office, located at the Ground Floor of the Department of the Building Official.
