The Intellectual Office of the Philippines has partnered with the Quezon City University to establish the Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO) or the Patent Library.

The partnership aims to encourage creativity among QCitizens and to protect their research projects, inventions and product developments.  This is not just for the students but also for micro, small and medium enterprises. Quezon City is the first LGU-run university to partner with the IPOPHL.
