The local government has launched QC Cares, the city’s own Health Information System.  With QC Cares, the city will have a centralized database of patient records which allows the patient to go to any city-run health facility for consultation, treatment of medication.

This makes the process more efficient for the government and easier for the patient in instances where patients have to be referred to a different facility.
