The Quezon City Government has launched the QC Pay Easy, which allows taxpayers and business owners to pay their real property dues and new business permit applications through the electronic payment facility QC Easy Pay.

QCitizens can now pay via credit card, Pay Maya E-Wallet, or instantly transfer funds from BPI, RCBC, Robinson’s Bank, and Union Bank.  The program is a response to the call of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and to comply with RA 1103,2 or the Ease of Doing Business, which seeks to digitize government transactions.
