The Quezon City Government through the Social Services Development Department has launched SIKAP AT GALING PANGKABUHAYAN (SIGAP), giving technical and livelihood assistance to new and emerging group of small business owners.

In its initial payout, a total of sixteen (16) groups have been identified as recipients of the program.

To be a beneficiary, the applicant should have finished a vocational course of the SSDD and should have underwent organization, management, business preparation and bookkeeping trainings.

To ensure success of their business endeavors, the SSDD will monitor the business progress weekly for six months. And will be supervised monthly until the second year of the business.
