Transformational Leadership Program spearheaded by the Quezon City Youth Development Office is an intensive training program for select Quezon City youth leaders. 

The program aims to develop leadership skills in order to transform the lives of the children and youth in key areas within their respective communities

The program was crafted to empower youth leaders between the ages of 15 to 24, drawn from various backgrounds including youth-serving organizations, student bodies, Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, Local Youth Development Council, and similar entities.

The program’s curriculum is designed to be intensive –  focusing on developing participants’ creativity, talents, and knowledge.

So far the program’s has accepted (50) youth leaders from diverse background. The selection process aimed to include participants with varying leadership experiences, ensuring a rich and inclusive learning environment.
