The Quezon City Government is  through its Market Development and Administration Department is thorough y implementing its various market assistance programs.

Firstly, it has ensured the relocation to all  displaced vendors –   whether temporary of permanent . This is to guarantee that the livelihood of affected vendors will not be taken away or disrupted. 

In instances where existing markets are undergoing renovation, temporary vending sites are constructed to provide venue for the vendors.  In events involving permanent closure, new sites and opportunities are given.

The government is also granting reprieves and other benefits such as free rentals to vendors who may be affected by various market conditions.
