Sikap at Galing Pangkabuhayan (SIGaP) is a capital assistance available to graduates of vocational courses or organized groups desiring to start a small business or sustain a current venture. The amount to be received will depend on the capital requirements of the business.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Manpower Barangay-based Skills Training Program (MBBSTP) and Livelihood Training Graduates and referrals
• A group composed of 5-10 members

NOTE: Groups with existing businesses will be prioritized.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Barangay Indigency 
• QC ID
• Barangay Certification of No Existing Loan from other Microfinance
• Medical Certificate from the City Health Center 
• Letter request addressed to the Department Head

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. You may visit the office of the Social Services Development Department located at Civic Center E, Mayaman Street, Barangay Central, Quezon City Hall, or submit an email request.

2. Your application will be subject for assessment.

3. Attend a total of six social preparation sessions (in a span of more or less 2 months), where you will have capacity building activities and training in preparing a project proposal. 

4. Expect to be notified regarding the release of the assistance.
