CITY VETERINARY DEPARTMENT

This service serves free anti-rabies vaccination for dogs and cats.

REQUIREMENT:

Valid ID (Preferably QC ID) which indicates that you are a resident of Quezon City. 

WALK-IN REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1. Bring your pet to the Quezon City Veterinary Department (6/F, Civic A Building, Quezon City Hall Compound, Diliman, Quezon City) or Animal Care Adoption Center (GK Village, Clemente St., Lupang Pangako, Bgy. Payatas, Quezon City)

2. Fill out and submit the Registration Form at the Frontdesk of the Quezon City Veterinary Department.

3. Have your pet vaccinated.

BARANGAY REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1. Have your pet vaccinated.
2. Check the Official Facebook Page of Quezon City Veterinary Department for the schedule of vaccination. Bring your pet to the place of vaccination.
3. Fill-out and submit the Vaccination Form in the area of vaccination.
