SETTLEMENT OF ORDINANCE VIOLATION RECEIPT (OVR) TICKETS ISSUED BY ENFORCERS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Original Ordinance Violation Receipt (OVR) Ticket
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
If Representative
- Photocopy of your valid ID
- Signed Authorization Letter and valid ID of the owner
If Original OVR Ticket Was Lost
- Affidavit of Loss
- Photocopy of valid ID
- Police Blotter
- MMDA Clearance for Public Utility Vehicles (PUV) driver
For Confiscated Vehicle Plate Number and or Impounded Vehicle
- Present LTO Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt (OR/CR)
- Deed of Sale if not 1st owner of the motor vehicle
If involved in Road Crash Incident
- Present Traffic Clearance issued by the traffic sector investigator
WALK-IN/ONSITE PROCESS:
- Present the requirements to TTMD personnel located at the DPOS Building entrance and proceed to the “Waiting Area” located at the back of DPOS Bldg.
- Wait for the release of the Order of Payment or Assessment at the waiting area.
- Pay your Order of Payment or Assessment to the cashier in Windows 8, 9, 10, or 11.
- Wait for the release of the confiscated item at windows 3, 4, 5, or 6 to present your Official Receipt (OR) and Check your confiscated item or document before leaving the counter.
ONLINE PROCESS:
- Go to QC E-Services website and log in using your registered google account.
- Click the ‘OVR Online Payment’ icon from the dashboard.
- Input your OVR ticket ticket number and last name.
- Click the Accept End User Agreement checkbox.
- Click the Search button.
- Choose ‘Pay Fine’ if you plan to pay online (via GCASH/Maya/PCHC PayGate/Landbank) or over the counter (any Landbank branch). If you chose Landbank as the payment option, send a photo of the order of payment and validated deposit slip or the successful online transfer document with date and amount to misctaxpayment.cto@quezoncity.gov.ph.
Choose ‘Print Bill’ if you plan pay at the QC OVR Redemption Center Main Office. Make sure to bring the order of payment onsite.
CONTESTING ORDINANCE VIOLATION RECEIPT (OVR) TICKETS ISSUED BY ENFORCERS
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Valid ID with a picture of the driver
- Copy of the Ordinance Violation Receipt
- Assessment form (Can be acquired from OVR Redemption Center)
- Other Supporting Documents:
- Copy of OR/CR
- Copy of LTFRB Franchise
- Affidavit of Loss (If OVR Ticket was misplaced)
- Police Blotter / Report (If involved in Traffic Road Crash)
WALK-IN/ONSITE PROCESS:
- Get the assessment form from the OVR Redemption Center located at the 2nd Floor of the DPOS Building at Quezon City Hall.
- Submit your ticket and assessment form to the Traffic Adjudication Board Office located at the same floor.
- Fill out the necessary complaint sheet or submit your letter of complaint.
SETTLEMENT OF NO CONTACT APPREHENSION FINE ONLINE
The No Contact Apprehension Program (NCAP) uses CCTV, digital cameras, and other technologies to capture images and videos of vehicles violating traffic laws.
ONLINE PROCESS:
- Visit nocontact.quezoncity.gov.ph
- Select “check notice”.
- Enter your violation number and pin (please make sure to have your notice of violation on-hand.)
- Select “pay online”.
- Encode your billing details.
- Choose payment options.
- Ensure to screenshot online payments or take a photo of any confirmed proof of deposit and acknowledgement receipt for verification.
CONTESTING NO CONTACT APPREHENSION VIOLATION OF SOLD VEHICLE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bring the vehicle’s Deed of Sale
- Bring the Philippine National Police (PNP) or the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Report
- Proof of emergency during cited violation (if due to emergency reasons)
WALK-IN/ONSITE PROCESS:
- Proceed to the Traffic Adjudication Board located at the 2nd floor of the DPOS Building at Quezon City Hall.
- Fill out the necessary complaint sheet or submit your letter of complaint.
NOTE: Filing of protests must be done five (5) days from the receipt of the Notice of Violation (NOV).
