The Quezon City Government will be constructing an evacuation building in Barangay Bagong Silangan.

With Barangay Bagong Silangan often experiencing floods during heavy rains, the local government has deemed it necessary to provide a safe shelter to its residents.  The building to have a command center, sleeping quarters, and shower & bathroom.
