The Quezon City Government through the Gender and Development Council, QC Schools Division Office, and QC Persons with Disability Affairs Office, conducted free Basic Computer Literacy Seminars to women from several districts of the city. Participants learned about parenting, cyberbullying, and cybersecurity awareness.
