The Quezon City government has launched the iRise-Up program, a real-time monitoring system that allows the local government to monitor possible incoming calamities using various data from different early warning devices and field equipment on-ground.

This allows the local government to prepare for these calamities and respond accordingly to keep the citizens safe from danger.
