The Kuha sa Tingi Program is a sari-sari store based refilling station introduced by the Quezon City Government,  Greenpeace Philippines and Impact Hub Manila

The three entities have joined forces to launch a community-based solution to help address plastic pollution by establishing refill hubs in sari-sari stores.  Consumers can bring their own reusable containers to refill commodities such as liquid detergent, fabric conditioner and dishwashing liquid.

As of March 2024 the program is carried by over 1,000 sari-sari stores city-wide,

with target to reach 6,000 stores by the end of  2024.

For a duration of eight weeks, the 1,000 the city has avoided throwing of 47,000 sachets.  This number is expected to increase with the increase of participating stores.  It is estimated that with the increase in participation, the city can avoid throwing 700,000 sachets for an 8-week duration.

The project aims to provide people with alternatives to products in sachets and other kinds plastic packaging
