The Quezon City Government through the Social Services Development Department regularly holds the Manpower Barangay-Based Skills Training Program.

The program offers classes and training for various livelihood and employment skills.  Among the classes offered are the following: 

• Automotive Servicing
• Electrical Installation and Maintenance
• Hairdressing
• Dressmaking
• Bread and Pastry Making
• Sewing Craft
• Health Care Services
