The Quezon City Government, through the QC Public Employment Service Office (PESO), in partnership with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), International Labor Organization (ILO), and Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), has established the QC Migrants Resource Center — a one-stop shop for OFWs and their families for all their needs and inquiries.
QC MRC is the city’s dedicated migration and reintegration service center, providing full-cycle migration programs from pre-migration and departure to onsite support and reintegration, to ensure the welfare of QCitizens OFWs and their families.
Listed below are some of the services, orientations, and seminars offered by the QC MRC:
- OFW Help Desk and Referrals
- Migration information and orientation
- Assessment and referral services
- Psychosocial support and counseling
- Welfare assistance
- Local employment facilitation
- Reintegration support
- Financial literacy programs
- Livelihood and entrepreneurship assistance
- Skills development
- Coordination with national government agencies and migration partners.
This initiative is part of the city’s commitment to safe, orderly, regular, and dignified migration for QCitizens.
As of May 2026, MRC has served 32,412 individuals from Districts 1 to 6.
