The local government of Quezon City in partnership with the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources NCR has set up the Aquaculture project in Barangay Payatas.

This is to support and promote backyard fish production which will help in food security and also provide income to the city’s citizens.
