The Quezon City Government through the Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) introduced the BIZ EASY ONLINE UNIFIED BUSINESS PERMIT APPLICATION SYSTEM (OUBPAS), an online processing system for business permit application.

With this program, all applications will be automated to ensure ease on doing business in the city.  This will also eliminate any human error of intervention of ‘fixers’. This will also bring the Quezon City government closer to providing fully automated services to its citizens.
