The Quezon City Government through the Public Employment Service Office (QC PESO) has initiated the QC Workers’ Welfare Program which offers assistance to the city workers through provision of legal consultations, as well as referrals to other programs of the QC PESO and other departments. 

The program aims to build more organized communities for the informal and skilled workers in the city.

The local government places huge effort in recognizing the city workers’ contributions to the city and in creating more services that will cater workers in various fields. This includes further strengthening of their Social Protection Programs and acquisition of Social Security System, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
